Buyer’s View is not a real estate company. What we do is offer a unique and better way for all selling real estate agents and all buyer agents in New Hampshire a faster and less expensive way to consummate the purchase of a home.
Potential homebuyers can secure financing through Buyer’s View
The first step to buying any home is ensuring your financing is in order. Buyers can visit Buyer’s View with their financing already secured, or can utilize the tools at Buyer’s View to connect with their ideal lender.
Buyers search for and connect with their ideal agent
Buyers can review our niche categories for the ideal agent to represent them. Only buyers represented by a buyer’s agent can be listed anonymously on Buyer’s View.
A perfect home match is made!
Once listed, buyers can make connections with properties for sale via MLS, for sale by owner, or not yet listed with their ideal parameters. It’s a match made in heaven!
Why do buyers benefit from using Buyer’s View?
Any licensed Real Estate agent can post their client homebuyer’s housing needs on the Buyer’s View platform using our buyer’s listing template. The homebuyer’s identity will remain completely anonymous, and all contact would go through the buyer’s agent. This is a complimentary service and there are no other fees or gimmicks. Homebuyers and their agents cannot see new listings until they are entered into the MLS. Now, the listing agent can match their just listed properties with an interested buyer on the buyer’s view platform immediately and contact their agent for a showing. Homebuyers having this exposure will now be able to “SEE THE BEST DEALS FIRST”. This is a huge advantage for the homebuyer over what exists in the market today. Listing agents can save time and advertising expense finding buyers this more efficient way.

Agents who operate in any of our eight niche category markets (currently in New Hampshire only) can reserve their seat in their city or town and connect with potential buyers and sellers or list new buyers anonymously on Buyer’s View. Agents can enjoy a free account to browse potential buyers.
Lenders
Lenders interested in financing buyers in any of their niche category markets (currently in New Hampshire only) can reserve their seat in their city or town and connect with potential buyers on Buyer’s View. Lenders can enjoy a free account to browse potential buyers.
Buyer’s View is only active in New Hampshire right now as we continue to improve our beta software development phase. Moving forward, we plan on expanding nationwide with Massachusetts being the next state in our expansion plans.
